Frank Hallet shows dark intentions toward a thirteen-year-old girl who lives, seemingly without parents, in his mother's rental property. He intimidates her, makes inapproptiate advances, and even goes so far as to kill her pet. But the girl has bigger problems...including the bodies in the cellar.
