Action and comedy:   three boys find an atomic bomb and they threaten the President with an explosion if their demand to cancel school is not met.  Suddenly the FBI is on their trail, a pair of bumbling crooks steal the bomb, and mischievous fun turns into chaotic danger!   Sheen is part of the team that diffuses the situation.   This film was also distributed under the title "Captain Nuke and the Bomber Boys.
