Adapted from the novel by Stephen King, this thriller tells the story of Charlie, a little girl who has the amazing ability to create fires just by staring at anyone or anything.  "The Shop", a secret government agency led by Hollister, plots to kidnap the girl and her father to test their unique abilities.
